Morne Trois Pitons National Park
Terwijl u naar de laatste stop van de dag rijdt, kunt u genieten van het majestueuze uitzicht op onze op een na hoogste berg op het eiland Morne Trois Pitons, dat op 4550 voet staat. Het was het eerste UNESCO-erfgoed dat in het Caribisch gebied werd opgericht en zo'n prestige oogstte omdat binnen de grenzen van het park het op een na grootste kokende meer ter wereld ligt, The Boiling Lake.

Wotten Waven
Ga door de weelderige maar schilderachtige berggemeenschap Wotten Waven, de gezondheids- en welzijnshoofdstad van het eiland genoemd vanwege de vele fumarole-openingen in dat gebied. U krijgt de gelegenheid om een van deze ventilatieopeningen te bezoeken en een persoonlijk en persoonlijk beeld van dichtbij te krijgen.

Betreed het verfrissende water van de Ti Tou-kloof die uit het zoetwatermeer stroomt, passend bij uw reddingsgordels en wacht op de instructies van uw gidsen. De kloof is ongeveer 15-25 ft diep en het is ongeveer 3 minuten stroomopwaarts zwemmen naar een kleine waterval. Je zult een korte ruststop hebben op een natuurlijke met water uitgehouwen richel terwijl je gids de scĂšne vertelt die werd gefilmd in de Gorge voor Pirates of the Caribbean II. In de rij van je gidsen zwem je verder de kloof in en krijg je de kans om uit het water te klimmen en terug in het diepste deel te springen en verder te zwemmen. Eenmaal uit en gedroogd, keer je terug naar je vrachtwagen voor een bemonstering van de BESTE rumpunch op het eiland, water en frisdrank zijn ook beschikbaar.

This excursion ( Wacky Rollers 4WD Safari, Gardens & Titou Gorge) took us to a beautiful botanical garden, high into the rain forest and then a cave swim and waterfall. One word sums up this tour "AWESOME". Our guide "Maria" (as he was called by his cousin as we passed him on the street) knowledge about the island and it's culture was very indepth. He was alot of fun and a highlight of the tour. Our driver was very skilled navigationg the tight narrow roads. We learned alot and it was topped off with a very refreshing cave swim to a waterfall in Titou Gorge. My wife and I are active seniors and loved every minute. All on our tour where sorry to see it end. We highly recomment this tour with Wacky Rollers.

We booked this tour through our cruise ship. They took us all over the island, botanical gardens, gave us the history of the island took us through the rainforest (where we got drenched by a pop up rain storm) but they had ponchos for us. We stopped at sulpher hot springs and they gave us water, rum punch and locally homemade raisin muffins. Then we went to Ti Tou gorge and swam up the river to the waterfall inside. Lloyd was the best tour guide of any weâve had on any tour of any island in the Caribbean.
Wacky Rollers Tour - Dominica

My mother & I went on a Wacky Rollers half day tour as a cruise excursion. After being told there âwasnât much to doâ in Dominica, we werenât expecting much... This had to be one of our top excursions for the whole trip. Not only were the sights incredible, but our particular hosts were amazing and full of knowledge. Very helpful & patient whilst off the truck exploring the stops. I canât remember his name, something with a âTâ I think (heâs pictured), was very good so shout out to him!
The route is pretty much all rainforest, so do not be surprised when the heavens open! Itâs actually really rather refreshing and adds to the experience.
Would 100% love to go again, and would definitely recommend to everyone!

A beautiful island and a wonderful tour!

One of our favorite excursions of all time. The island is absolutely beautiful! Mountains and volcanoes and the rain forest was something to behold. It is a very winding road but the driver was great. The scenery going up was fabulous and we stopped at warm spring on the way up. It was interesting as we went further up in elevation, the change in temperature. It is capped off at the top of the mountain, with a swim in a cave with waterfalls. The water is cold but it is so beautiful inside. The Pirates of the Caribbean #2 was filmed inside the cave! Our tour guide, Hodge, was the best, most knowledgeable, tour guide and gave us a great tour of the landscape and history of the Island. He was very personable, intelligent, and a great ambassador for the Island. My whole family had a fabulous time and would recommend this trip to anyone. Our 3 kids are teenagers and they loved it as well. If you are in Dominica, this is a great trip!

Siobhan was very entertaining and did her best to keep us up beat when it rained at the beginning of our tour. Beautiful location hubby enjoyed the waterfall swim. A fun experience. Thanks
