Morne Trois Pitons National Park
Mens du kjører til dagens siste stopp, kan du nyte den majestetiske utsikten over vårt nest høyeste fjell på øya Morne Trois Pitons som står på 4550 fot. Det var det første UNESCO-arvstedet etablert i Karibia, og fikk en slik prestisje fordi innenfor parkens grenser ligger verdens nest største kokende innsjø, The Boiling Lake.

Wotten Waven
Gå gjennom det frodige, men sjarmerende fjellsamfunnet Wotten Waven, kalt helse- og velværehovedstaden på øya på grunn av de mange fumarole-ventilene som finnes i det området. Du vil ha muligheten til å besøke en av disse ventilene og få en personlig innsyn og eim på nært hold.

Dominica Botanic Gardens
Ta en rolig guidet spasertur gjennom den botaniske hagen, besøk nasjonalfuglen Sisserou-papegøyen og noen få planter av interesse

Gå inn i det forfriskende vannet i Ti Tou Gorge som renner fra Freshwater Lake, tilpasset med livbeltene dine, og vent på guidenes instruksjoner. Gorge er omtrent 15-25 fot dyp og det er en omtrentlig 3 minutters svømmetur oppstrøms til en liten foss. Du vil ha en kort hvilestopp på en naturlig vannskåret hylle mens guiden din forteller scenen som ble filmet i Gorge for Pirates of the Caribbean II. I køen til guidene vil du svømme videre opp i juvet og få en sjanse til å klatre opp av vannet og hoppe tilbake i den dypeste delen og fortsette å svømme ut. Når du er ute og tørket, kan du gå tilbake til lastebilen for å prøve den BESTE rompunchen på øya, vann og brus er også tilgjengelig.

Fun, Fun, Fun!

This excursion ( Wacky Rollers 4WD Safari, Gardens & Titou Gorge) took us to a beautiful botanical garden, high into the rain forest and then a cave swim and waterfall. One word sums up this tour "AWESOME". Our guide "Maria" (as he was called by his cousin as we passed him on the street) knowledge about the island and it's culture was very indepth. He was alot of fun and a highlight of the tour. Our driver was very skilled navigationg the tight narrow roads. We learned alot and it was topped off with a very refreshing cave swim to a waterfall in Titou Gorge. My wife and I are active seniors and loved every minute. All on our tour where sorry to see it end. We highly recomment this tour with Wacky Rollers.

We booked this tour through our cruise ship. They took us all over the island, botanical gardens, gave us the history of the island took us through the rainforest (where we got drenched by a pop up rain storm) but they had ponchos for us. We stopped at sulpher hot springs and they gave us water, rum punch and locally homemade raisin muffins. Then we went to Ti Tou gorge and swam up the river to the waterfall inside. Lloyd was the best tour guide of any we’ve had on any tour of any island in the Caribbean.
Wacky Rollers Tour - Dominica

My mother & I went on a Wacky Rollers half day tour as a cruise excursion. After being told there “wasn’t much to do” in Dominica, we weren’t expecting much... This had to be one of our top excursions for the whole trip. Not only were the sights incredible, but our particular hosts were amazing and full of knowledge. Very helpful & patient whilst off the truck exploring the stops. I can’t remember his name, something with a ‘T’ I think (he’s pictured), was very good so shout out to him!
The route is pretty much all rainforest, so do not be surprised when the heavens open! It’s actually really rather refreshing and adds to the experience.
Would 100% love to go again, and would definitely recommend to everyone!

A beautiful island and a wonderful tour!

One of our favorite excursions of all time. The island is absolutely beautiful! Mountains and volcanoes and the rain forest was something to behold. It is a very winding road but the driver was great. The scenery going up was fabulous and we stopped at warm spring on the way up. It was interesting as we went further up in elevation, the change in temperature. It is capped off at the top of the mountain, with a swim in a cave with waterfalls. The water is cold but it is so beautiful inside. The Pirates of the Caribbean #2 was filmed inside the cave! Our tour guide, Hodge, was the best, most knowledgeable, tour guide and gave us a great tour of the landscape and history of the Island. He was very personable, intelligent, and a great ambassador for the Island. My whole family had a fabulous time and would recommend this trip to anyone. Our 3 kids are teenagers and they loved it as well. If you are in Dominica, this is a great trip!

Siobhan was very entertaining and did her best to keep us up beat when it rained at the beginning of our tour. Beautiful location hubby enjoyed the waterfall swim. A fun experience. Thanks
