Dominica is the only country in the world where the sperm whale resides all year long. Just a short boat ride brings you into contact with the world's largest toothed animal in the calm turquoise Caribbean Sea.
Whale watching operators follow strict codes of conduct, minimizing any disturbance, and never âluringâ the whales. On the rare occasion when the whales may be elusive, youâre sure to see the acrobatics of hundreds of Spotted and Spinner Dolphins. Also Humpbacks Whales,Pilot Whales and other whales have been seen during our Cruises.

Our Boat
With our 24ft open keel boat, 2x 60Hp 4 stroke silent engines, we can come close to the whales without disturbing them. Our boat is designed for small groups and families with a max of 8 guests.

We were only the 4 of us in one boat (out of max. 8 persons anyway).
We saw 4 whales lined up like giant submarines not far from our boat. They were at a short ride from the shore.
The captain is very skilled in handling the boat near the whales without disturbing them at all! The spotter did her job well.
All in one it was the best whale watch experience we had so far. I highly recommend it to anyone who respects nature and wants to have a good time!
