"Everywhere we go, people wanna now, who we are, we are the wacky, wacky, rollers"
We had a really nice and funny time at this tour. We booked it by our cruise ship.
We went with the jeep to the rain forest, it rained there sometimes, so take appropriate clothes with you. The first stop was a waterfall, it was possible to take a bath there and than our tour guide brought us by swimming to this waterfall. Afterwards we made a walk about 5-10 minutes, to see other waterfalls. The tour ends with a stop at a beautiful viewing point over the city and we got a rumpunch to trink there :)
All in all we had an amazing time, unfortunetly I forget the name of our tour guide but she was great. Thank you for this nice afternoon
Wacky Rollers 4x4 Trip to Ti Tou Gorge

First time in Dominica on a Windstar Cruise. Chose the 4X4 Trip that ended with a swim inTi Tou Gorge. Good half day overview of this beautiful island. Our Wacky Roller tour guide Kurt Jeremy was informative and took excellent care of us. Also thanks to Donny the Driver! Water was high in Ti Tou Gorge due to the rain, but Kurt and Donny guided us through so we could see the waterfall at the end of the gorge. Fun excursion!
4x4 Trip into the rainforest

Excellent trip in ex military 4x4 vehicles covering a trip to the Botanical Gardens and up into the rainforest culminating in a swim through a canyon where Pirates of the Caribbean 2 was partly filmed.
Guide, Kurt, and his driver colleague were absolutely first class. Very knowledgeable and happy to impart all he knew while we travelled over some very “interesting” roads. Spectacular scenery and very colourful villages.
On the swim both guides were particularly helpful and ensured everyone was safe and managed through despite the currents and challenging water conditions.
Can not recommend highly enough.
Wacky Rollers 4x4 Adventure in Unspoiled Dominica- It's Back and Beautiful!
KerriSTL, 30-11-2018
This beautiful, lush, environmentally preserved island took a major hit from Hurricane Maria in 2017. BUT it is time to return and if you haven't been there, put it on your list!
A rainy day trip in a 4x4 to the Rain Forest (be prepared- it rains there). Our guide, Curt Jeremy provided travel ponchos and off we went. Started with a trip to the Botanical Garden and Parrot Preserve. Stopped at the Morne Bruce Garrison for a wonderful view of Roseau, the Caribbean and of course the Celebrity Summit. Leaving here we saw a waterspout in the Caribbean.
We then headed to the Rainforest where we saw parrots in the wild and learned all about Dominica and it's native plants. Because of heavy rain, we were advised not to swim in the waterfall as planned- a filming site for Pirates of the Caribbean. But some did take a quick dip in the mineral pools at the volcanic site.
The best thing was that we had the most wonderful guide, Curt Jeremy. He was in the moment and genuinely interested and excited to show us Dominica. Not only did we learn the history, and about life in Dominica today, but also his description of the native plants, excitement when we saw the parrots flying in the rainforest, and genuine interest in what we wanted to know, made this a wonderful experience.
Dominica is one of the least developed and while a poor country, has a bright future with it's focus on attracting sustainable conscious travelers. Go there if you can.
And finally this was such a neat experience that on our way back to the port we were all cheering Wacky Rollers, Beautiful Dominica, Curt Jeremy! All of us later in the cruise agreed that this was a highlight of the trip.
Excellent tour guide, Lloyd made it fun even though it rained!

Pulled in to Dominica on Regent’s Explorer and booked this jeep safari - lots of liquid sunshine but still beautiful, informative and fun. Lloyd was excellent tour guide - so appreciative of his sharing of his island’s people’s culture and world view - awesome - so was the hand crafted rum punch on the way back to the ship. Thank you
